Daito Ryu Aikijujutsu technique demonstrated at Capital District Martial Arts in Albany, NY. February 2017. Goldberg Sensei recently had surgery to replace his entire shoulder. A mere 6 weeks later he is back on the mat, demonstrating that Daito Ryu techniques do not rely on arm strength, but rather internal dynamic strength.
